Shipping

Orders ship within 2-5 business days from Houston, Texas, USA, unless otherwise specified for custom/made-to-order pieces (up to 6 weeks lead time). Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the selected rate and destination at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for any customs fees for international orders. Once dropped off at the post office, the order becomes the customer's responsibility; we are not liable for lost, broken, or stolen items.

Expected delivery time: 2-8 days within the US and 2-5 weeks international, subject to potential delays during current events and holiday seasons.

Return and Exchange

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
